Another day of snow around here… When will it end? Seriously, is it April yet?
I’m not much of a breakfast person. However, if you give me potatoes with eggs, I’ll eat.
Today I made pan potatoes with rosemary and garlic–slow cooked til crispy brown– and 2 fried eggs with a dusting of curry.

Rosemary is the best. You almost dont even have to mess with it. I love driving though a neighborhood and seeing an old house with yard of over grown rosemary.
Looks darn good. I am an egg feign.
